SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders placed via mika.pk will be processed within 24-48 hours after receipt of order(s) and the customer will receive confirmation e-mail(s) as soon as the order(s) has/have been received. After the order(s) has/have been dispatched, the customer will receive notification(s) with relevant tracking information.Delivery time for all orders after dispatch is 5-7 business days across Pakistan. Please note that mika.pk does not process deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays and the processing will continue as of the next working day. We do not offer any exchange or return policy and all sales are final.All products are carefully inspected before delivery to ensure that they are of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose. In the unlikely event that delivered products are different from placed order(s) or damaged, the customer(s) is/are required to immediately inform customer service by emailing info@mika.pk within 1 day of receipt of such order(s), otherwise the same cannot be processed or exchanged.
